Take
the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway north. If you want
to go through Covington, (which has several large
stores including Wal-Mart), use Route A as described
below. If you want to avoid the traffic through
Covington, use Route B.
Route
A: From the Causeway, continue north on
HWY 25 through Covington to Folsom, turn left
on Highway 40 (at the Discount Zone Gas Station in Folsom).
Drive about 4 miles and our sign will be on the
right. There is a long gravel road (which seems
really long the first time you travel down it),
and we are at the end of it. Please check in at
the office upon arrival.
Route B:
After driving over the Causeway, take I-12 West,
towards Hammond. Take Exit# 57, which is HWY 1077.
Head north, past HWY 1085 and HWY 190, which have lights. The road will curve
several times, but you want to stay on this road
(when 1077 turns right, stay straight) until you get to a stop sign by Cranky Corner
(there is a small store there). Turn right
and drive approximately a 1/2 mile. Our sign will
be on the left. There is a long gravel road (which
seems really long the first time you travel down
it), and we are at the end of it. Please check
in at the office upon arrival.
